Lindsay Parry, LMSW

Lindsay Kuczera Mental Health Therapist

Therapist for Women 18-40
I feel truly privileged to walk alongside women who are facing anxiety, depression, grief, or navigating the uncertainty of what comes next in life. I am especially passionate about supporting those through the often overwhelming experiences of pregnancy and postpartum, living with chronic illness, coping with infertility and loss, enduring seasons of loneliness, or struggling with food and body image concerns.

In our sessions, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and honor your emotions and truly feel heard. My goal is to help you express what may feel difficult to put into words and create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and understood. I would feel honored to walk alongside you through life’s inevitable challenges with compassion, warmth, and care, and ultimately help you cultivate renewed hope, healing and wholeness.

I was born and raised in Metro Detroit and received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State University. I have over10 years of experience working in hospital, hospice, and outpatient settings. When I’m not working, you can find me savoring a cup of coffee, enjoying the outdoors, or diving into a good book!
