Lianne Lindner, LLMSW
Therapist for Women 18-40 (Supervised by Christen Clark, LMSW)
Taking the first step toward therapy takes strength and courage. Life is full of challenges; no challenge is too big or too small for therapy. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or a life transition, that may benefit from additional support. My hope is to create a space free of judgement, built on trust and compassion, where we can work together toward your individual goals. In this space, I am committed to listening to your unique story and coming alongside you as you journey through healing, wholeness, and hope.
I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. My experience includes working in adult residential mental health, in-patient mental health, and most recently, high school and college counseling. I work with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, and life transitions. My approach draws on evidence-based practices rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based, mindfulness, dialectical behavior, and narrative therapies. I have additional interest in working with career exploration and burn-out, relationship concerns, body image concerns, women’s issues, and life adjustments.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young adult daughters. Mostly, you will find me exploring Lake Michigan, hiking in nature, at a local coffee shop, or listening to music.
