Therapist for Women 18-40

I am grateful for the opportunity to help women feel heard, seen, validated, and grow into the best version of themselves through counseling. My priority is for my clients to feel like they have a seat at the table - no matter what they are going through.

I know how scary it can feel to open up to someone or to feel unsure of how to express your emotions. You may be feeling unsettled, anxious, or uncertain about your current situation. In our counseling sessions, we will explore the root causes of these emotions and work together to help you feel less isolated. Whether you are experiencing a tough life transition, noticing increased anxiety or struggling to find your place in the world, I am here to offer support.

My Christian faith inspires me to care for the women I work with deeply, and I have experience working with clients from all backgrounds. I graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and later earned my Master's in Counseling Education, becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2017.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my beloved black English Labrador Retriever, Aggie, reading, baking, and indulging my creative side. In the summertime, you'll likely find me at the beach.
